Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups 1" chunks fresh pineapple or one 20oz can pineapple chunks (juice pack), drained

    2 cups halved strawberries (thawed if frozen)

    2 cups blueberries (thawed if frozen)

    2 cups seedless green grapes

    1 4-serving size pkg instant banana cream pudding mix (nutrition calculated from sugar free/fat free)

    1 1/4 cups non fat milk

    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream

    1 8oz can crushed pineapple

Directions

1. In a 2 quart glass bowl, layer pineapple chunks, strawberries, blueberries and grapes; set aside.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together dry pudding mix, milk and sour cream. Stir in undrained crushed pineapple. Pour over layered fruit. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to 8.
