Ingredients

    4 cups cooked long grain rice
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 can Dungeness crab meat (about 155g)
    1/2 bag (8 oz) mixed vegetables
    5 hard scrambled eggs

Directions

Place cooked rice in wok - add soy sauce & mix well while warming
While rice is heating, scramble eggs in separate pan
Cook mixed vegetable (either microwave or add to scrambled eggs)
Add crab, eggs, & vegetables to heated rice - mix well
