Oscar Mayer Turkey Sausage Smoked (mg), 14 oz
Cooked Shrimp Tail on (1 serving is 3 oz), 10 serving
Celery, raw, 10 stalk, small (5" long)
Onions, raw, 2 large
Green Onions, .5 cup
Brown Rice, long grain, 13.2 cup
Garlic, 5 clove
Pacific Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 2.5 cup
Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp
*nosalt 1/2 teaspoon, 2 serving
Directions
Cut up all veggies and add to large skillet. cook till brown, and slightly burning. when it starts to burn add a little Chicken broth to loosen the burnt material.
Cook sausage until burning, add a little chicken broth to break up burning material. Then add 1 cup a broth and add in shrimp.
Cook veggies until is almost like a syrup. then add brown rice and 6 cups of water, remaining chicken broth and cooked veggies and meat.
Bring all items to a boil for 5 min, then turn down and cook for another 60 min or until all water as evaporated and rice is cooked. Ready to serve.
