Ingredients

    4 Yellow Potatoes - Peeled and Chopped
    6 Carrots - Peeled and Chopped
    1 Onion - Chopped
    1/4 c Water
    1 Packet - Dry Onion Soup Mix
    2 Lbs of Beef Roast

Directions

Brown Beef
Cover bottom of Crock Pot with 3/4 Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Sprinkl 1/2 Packet of Soup Mix, and Pour in Water.
Place Beef in Crock Pot and top with reaming vegetables and soup mix.
Cook low for 8 hours (High for 5)
