Introduction
This is one of my favorite recipes...I don't even like eggs! This is one of my favorite recipes...I don't even like eggs!Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients

8 oz Jennie O Turkey Breakfast Sausage
1 cup skim milk
3 eggs
3 slices white bread cubed
1 cup low fat sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard
Directions
Brown sausage in pan on the stove...drain and cool.
Beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard in mixing bowl. Add cubed bread and cheese. Add sausage.
Pour into greased 6x9 inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Makes 6 servings
