Ingredients

1 C Organic White Spelt Flour
15 Stevia packets
3/4 Cup Rice Dream Original
2 tsp Baking Ppowder
1/4 tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt
1 Tbsp melted butter w/canola oil
2 16 oz. bags frozen blueberries
1 tsp. cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger or grated ginger
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, and salt until well blended. Add melted butter and mix. Pour in bottom of 8x8 greased pan (Organic Pam). Add frozen blueberries on top. Sprinkle cinnamon and ginger over blueberries.
Bake uncovered 1 hour to 1 hour 1 minutes or until edges are crispy. Wait 15 minutes to serve. Serve warm.
