Ingredients

    2 cans chunk light tuna
    2 tbls poppys seed dressing
    3 tbls sweet pickle relish
    2 hardboiled egg whites
    1 tbls chopped raw almonds
    1/8 cup sunflower seeds

Directions

Mix together and spread on bread. I added avocado slices and spinach to my sandwich.
