Ingredients

    42 oz whole milk
4 oz of plain live active culture yogurt no addatives
    container to culture mixture
I use stevie to sweeten one packet for every serving, I get about 8. Two table spoons of vanilla. Do not stir while milk is heating. When milk is up to temp add 3/4 cup powdered milk. Whisk that in. Once cooled to 110 add plain yogurt place in container to culture yogurt in for up to 8 hours. Keep at 110 degrees. Place in Fridge once cool stir and divide and flavor with any fruit you may like. It is great replacement on cereal instead of milk and better for digestion than plain milk.
