Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can
    Fresh Cilantro, diced, half tbsp
    Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, half tbsp
    Sweet red pepper, diced, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp

Directions

Drain tuna, and then mix all ingredients together. Serve with bread or crackers. For added heat, add black pepper.
