Ingredients

    2 medium onions chopped
    16 oz Frozen cut Okra
    1 tbsp Olive oil
    1 large Fresh Red Bell pepper sliced
    1 tbsp cummin seeds
    2 tbsp mustard seeds
    10 gms tamarind soaked in .5 cup water pulped

Directions

Heat up the olive oil and when hot add mustard seeds. Cover with lid till they split and pop inside.
Add cumin seeds and saute onions.
Add cut Okra and Red bell pepper.
Stir and cook.
Sprinkle Coconut powder and add tamarind juice
Add salt and pepper to taste
Cook till done
