Ingredients

    4tbsp salsa (any kind)
    4 servings (read package) brown rice
    1 tbsp sour cream
    1\8 cup cheddar (or your fav shredded cheese)
    1 can kidney beans

Directions

Cook rice as per directions on box

Turn off burner when finished & add all other ingredients

Stir well & serve

Makes 4 servings (I went by # of servings of rice, you can cut it down to cut calories & it's pretty filling).
