Introduction

Delicious & Filling for ONLY 126 calories! This helps with my "shake" cravings.

You get 1 serving of fruit and 1 serving of milk in the delicious and healthy treat!

I used strawberries, but you can add any fruit of your choice.

Ingredients

    6oz Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt
    1c Strawberries
    3pkt Equal Sugar Substitue

    ***Not Listed in the "Ingredients" ~ you will need to add about 6 ice cubes!***

Directions

Add the 6oz Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt THEN the 1c Strawberries (or fruit of your choice) into your blender. Blend until fruit is smooth. Add your 3pkt Equal Sugar Substitue and about 6 ice cubes into your blender. Blend until ice is "Crushed" and blended (I use 1/2c Sonic Ice or Crushed Ice).

IF you are having a hard time getting in your fiber, you can add benefiber powder to this smoothie.
