Introduction

This is an old recipe off of the Kellogg's All-Bran cereal box, my family has loved if for a couple of generations! You can add walnuts and raisins if you enjoy that as well. Ingredients

    1 cup Kellogg's All Bran Cereal
    1 cup Skim Milk
    1 egg
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1 cup flour (1/2 cup white, 1/2 cup whole wheat)
    2 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Combine milk and ceral in large bowl, set aside. Mix the dry ingredients in another bowl. When the ceral has absorbed the milk add egg, sugar and oil. Mix well. Then gently add in dry ingredients. Only mix until combined. Put into greased (I use Pam) muffin tin and bake at 400F for about 20 minutes. Use a toothpick to test when done.
Enjoy!
Makes 6-8 good size muffins. Double this and you will get a dozen good size muffins.
