Ingredients

1.5 c Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 ts Baking Powder
Pinch sea salt
1 c Enjoy Life mini Chocolate Chips
1/4 c corn oil (or avocado oil)
1/2 c Brown Rice Syrup
1 ts pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 c Almond Milk, Blue Diamond Unsweetened Vanilla
Directions
Lightly grease, w/ butter or vegan margarine, an 8x8 or 6x9 glass bake dish. Combine dry ingredients (flour,b.powder, salt).
Combine chips, oil, rice syrup, vanilla, and milk in cast iron quart saucepan and heat on low til chips are melted and mixture is combined and smooth.
Fold chocolate mixture into dry mixture; pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins. Makes 12.
