Ingredients

One six inch whole wheat pita
Tablespoon chopped bell pepper
Tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 Cup chopped broccoli
1/2 Cup chopped cauliflower
1/2 Cup marinara or spaghetti sauce
1/2 Cup Kraft fat-free mozzarella
Substitute your own favorite pizza toppings to make it your own.
Adding 1/2 Cup of chopped, pre-grilled chicken adds 12.5 Calories, 0.1 grams of Fat, 0 Carbs and 2.7 grams of Protein.
Directions
Makes one personal size pizza.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees (F).
Lay a sheet of aluminum foil on a cookie sheet (do not grease)
Prepare (chop) your bell pepper, onion, broccoli and cauliflower. Take out the recommended serving size of each and store the rest for easy access to make another or for others if cooking for more than yourself.
Place pita on foil.
Apply marinara or spaghetti sauce to pita.
Apply all toppings except the cheese on top of sauced pita in whatever fashion you choose.
Spread mozzarella evenly around the pizza to hepl hold everything together once cooked.
Place on middle rack of oven.
Bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Enjoy!
