Ingredients

    1 C Salad Greens (Romaine and Spinach or choose your own favorites)!
    8 Large Shrimp (precooked)
    1 tsp flax seed meal
    .25 tsp Curry Powder
    .25 tsp Lawry's Red Pepper Seasoning Salt


Directions

Place salad greens on serving plate and add shrimp. The shrimp may be cut in half to increase volume. Add seasonings and salad dressings. Sprinkle on flax seed and enjoy!

Optional: Tomatoes, cucumber or any other salad items my be added.

    Very Good
    Good. I didn't have curry, so I used chili powder and lime. Next time I will wait to buy the curry, and try it again. Good idea for flax seed, and I didn't have to use any salad dressing. - 3/17/10
