Ingredients

    2 lbs jumbo shrimp, raw (defrosted if frozen)
    1 Tbsp Paprika
    1 Tbsp Dark Chili powder
    1/2 Tbsp cumin (powder . . . not seeds)
    1 tsp salt
    1 lime, squeezed
    1Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Yields 2 pounds . . .

In large bowl combine spices and olive oil, and juice of one lime

Add shrimp and let sit for at least one hour

Throw shrimp on very hot bbq grill or into a very hot cast iron pan . . . .cook on both sides till just done
