    Biscuits, refrigerated dough, 2 servings, cut into 4 pieces
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Nonfat milk, 1/2 cup
    Frozen mixed veg - broc/caul/carrots, 2 cups
    Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.), diced
    Garlic Pepper, Salt, Pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 400. Spray an 8x8 pyrex pan with nonstick. In a bowl, combine soup, milk, frozen veggies, diced potatoes, garlic pepper, salt and pepper. Pour into Pyrex pan. Dot top with pieces of refrigerated bisquits. Cover with foil, bake for 20 min. Remove foil, bake additional 10-15 min or until bisquits are lightly browned and no longer doughy. Makes 4 servings. Serve with a big green salad with balsamic vinigar and a tiny splash of olive oil. Great comfort food!
