Introduction

Quick and Easy to make Breakfast bars , full of fiber and quick to grab on your way out the door - great for the kids lunchboxes, or an afternoon snack. Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 TBSP of margarine
    5 cups of mini marshmallows
    1tsp vanilla
    4 cups of Kashi Go Lean Cereal
    1 cup of all bran buds cereal
    1 cup of raisons
    1 cup of dry quick oats

Directions

Melt mini marshmellows and margarine in a large pot, until all marshmallows are melted. Add vanilla. Stir. Add 3 cups of Kashi Go Lean Cereal and 1 cup of all bran buds, 1 cup of oats and 1 cup of raisons. Mix well and press firmly in a 9x13 pan which has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray.

    just a few alterations and helpful hints. I used dried blueberries instead of raisins, for a special touch. I buttered my pan and then poured the sticky mixture onto it, then buttered my hands and pressed it down hard, so they were firm...Then turned the pan over onto a cookie sheet and cut them. - 9/27/10

    Very Good
