Ingredients

    2 med Granny Smith apples
    3T Oatmeal, uncooked
    1 1/2 T Brown Sugar
    Cinnamon - appx 1 tsp or to taste

Directions

Core both apples. Mix oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pack equally into each apple, and bake at 275 until the apple is soft, about 45 minutes (I never time it, just bake until I think they're done).

    Incredible!
    Easy and yummy. This is a real keeper! The perfect dessert. I did cook it at 350, but that's because I was cooking them with my dinner. - 1/19/11
