Super yummy and healthy! Super yummy and healthy!
Number of Servings: 1

Tropicana Orange and Tangerine Juice, 4 oz
    Milk, 1%, .25 cup
Stonyfield Farm Lowfat Plain Yogurt, .25 cup
    Whey Protein Powder, .5 serving
    Banana, fresh, .5 small
    Papayas, .5 small
    Strawberries, fresh, .5 cup, halves

Put everything in a blender, and whir! For a frotier shake, use a frozen banana half, or frozen strawberries. For a thicker creamier shake, add a tablespoon of ff, sf vanilla pudding mix. Use soy milk and omit yogurt (or sub tofu) for a vegan shake. This needs no sweetner - it is too good!

  • super yummy and full of protein. I substituted the strawberries for mango (allergic to strawberries and didn't have any other berries on hand) and it was perfect. - 6/17/13
