A great soup on a cold day. Easy to make.

Ingredients

    I pkg. of Jennie O ground turkey--extra lean
    I jar La Victorioa Green chili salsa ( salsa verde)
    I 4 oz can diced green chilis
    2 15 oz. cans of pinto beans
    2 cans low sodium chicken broth.
    1 pkg. Lawry's enchilada sauce spices and seasoning

Directions

Brown ground turkey in an large pan. Add diced tomatoes, Green salsa, diced green chilis and Lawry's enchilada sauce mix. Stir together . Add pinto beans and chicken broth.
Bring to boil then turn to simmer. Cook 30 minutes or until you are ready to eat.

This could be done in a crock pot as long as turkey is browned in another pan.

Serving size -----2 cups Makes 6 sirvings.

For variety you can add corn, rice, and or cheese though these are not figured into the calories. I like to tear a corn tortilla into each bowl before serving. Again the tortilla has not been figured into the calories so don't forget to add it on you tracker.
