Introduction

Ingredients

    12oz Diced Turkey Breast
    200g Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
    1 onion, diced
    4 mushrooms, sliced
    Spray Oil
    2tbsp curry powder (tikka or madras curry powders work well)

    Basmati Rice, cooked to accompany

Directions

Stir the curry powder into the yoghurt and set to one side.

Brown the diced turkey in spray oil and remove from pan.

Fry onion in the hot pan for 3 minutes until translucent.

Addd turkey and mushrooms and stirfry for a further 3 minutes.

Add yoghurt mixture and stir well, then simmer for 15-20 minutes or until turkey is fully cooked.

Serve with basmati rice.
