I was wanting a snack that had pumpkin and oatmeal together so I came up with this granola recipe. Please feel free to alter it as needed and make suggestions - this is my first attempt at homemade granola and I'm open to criticism and help! Ingredients


    * *Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, 3 serving (remove)
    * Milk Chocolate Candy, .25 cup chips (remove)
    * Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .75 cup (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, .75 tsp (remove)
    * Ginger, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed (remove)
    * Honey, .5 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and press into 8x8 glass pan. Bake at 350 for approx 20-30 minutes, or until is slightly firm. Granola will harden upon cooling. Store in air-sealed container.
