When I wake up early to go to the gym, my stomach is growling like crazy! Plus, I read that having some protein before working out can help boost metabolism. So, I concocted a 3 minute breakfast burrito.This can be embellished with lean meats, other ingredients, depending on your taste. Ingredients

* 1/2 Cup Egg white
* Non-stick Cooking spray (Pam)
* 1 Wedge of Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb Cheese
* 1 Small, Whole Wheat Tortilla
Directions
Heat skillet on medium heat.
Measure 1/2 cup of egg whites (available in a carton in tge egg section of your supermarket).
Spray pan with non-stick spray.
Pour in egg whites.
Season with salt and pepper.
Scramble eggs (stir eggs and scrape bottom of skillet with a spatula).
Transfer to a plate.
Re-spray skillet.
Heat tortilla for 30 seconds on each side.
Transfer to a plate.
Spread Laughing Cow cheese on tortilla.
Top with eggs.
Fold bottom of tortilla up and then roll up from one side to the other.
Eat.
