Introduction
I kind of threw this together one day and loved it. It really satisfied my sweet tooth. This recipe makes 5 - 3/4 cup servings. I used 425 grams of banana for 5 servings which equals 4 oz of banana per serving. This was only for the nutrition breakdown. You can add how much banana and cinnamon that you want, just adjust the nutrition info to suit your taste. I kind of threw this together one day and loved it. It really satisfied my sweet tooth. Do you make the pudding according to package directions? With skim milk ??? What about the rice? Cook it as you would cook rice and mix with the pudding? - 6/4/10

I make the pudding according to the package using skim milk. I usually use Basmatic Brown rice and cook it according to the directions on the bag. Then I weigh the banana, then add the pudding and rice and mix it together. I may add cinnamon or nutmeg also.
