Introduction

I got this from another lady who used bacon and no broccoli. We love to add veggies to our meals. This is easy because you use frozen chicken breasts! I got this from another lady who used bacon and no broccoli. We love to add veggies to our meals. This is easy because you use frozen chicken breasts!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    -2 cans of Condensed Cream of Mushroom soup (Aldi brand)
    -1 C Fat Free Plain Dannon Yogurt
    -2.5 oz Cahill Turkey Ham diced

    -3 C chopped fresh broccoli

    -4 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts about 6 oz each

Directions

--Put the mushroom soup, yogurt and ham in the bottom of the crock and mix well. Sprinkle on the chopped broccoli and then top with the frozen chicken in a single layer as well as possible.

--Cover and cook on high for about 3 1/2 hrs.

--Makes 6 servings of 1 C each. Great with brown rice (not in the nutrition)
