Ingredients

    2/3 c. Peanut Butter
    1/3 c. Tamari
    ¼ c. cider vinegar
    2 T. water
    1 T Red wine vinegar
    3 T. Brown sugar
    3 T. sesame oil
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1 T. minced ginger
    ½ t. red pepper flakes
    4 scallions thinly sliced
    ½ red bell pepper diced
    1/4 c. cilantro
    1 8 oz package soba noodles

Directions

Cook noodles
Mix all other ingrediants together then toss with noodles.
Chill.
