Ingredients

    1 jar Cookwell and Company Chili mix (HEB)
    1 lb of lean ground beef (I used 1.3 lb)
    1 package of tator tots (probably won't use whole pkg)
    1 cp low fat mexican cheese blend
    green onion

Directions

spary large cake pan or dish wth non-stick spray
layer potato tots
brown ground beef then add Chili mix
pour on top of potatos
add cheese on top then onions
bake 30 min on 350.
