Ingredients

3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
Mashed Potatoes (dehydrated) 1 package
Water (enough to thicken to desired consistency)
1 can campbells cheese soup
Onion powder, Garlic powder, and Pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup Sour Cream
5 tsp Nacho Cheese Popcorn Seasoning
1/2 c shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Put mashed potatoes in bowl and add 1 cup of water to allow to re-hydrate while cooking
Melt butter in a pot
Add flour slowly while stirring
Allow to cook for 1-2 minutes while stirring
Slowly add water until well blended and the consistency of the soup you want
Add cheese soup in divided spoonfuls and stir until blended
Add potatoes in divided spoonfuls and stir until blended
Continue to stir to heat soup for 5 minutes
Add Nacho cheese seasoning, and other spices
Add Cheddar cheese, allow to melt
Add sour cream, continue to cook for 5 minutes
Makes six 1/2 c servings
