    1 Bulb of fennel sliced
    1 Onion Sliced
    1/2 cup Half and half cream
    2 tbsp butter


Melt Butter
Add fennel and Onion slices and let cook until tender
Add !/2 cream and warm
Serve with fish as a cides dish or as a sauce!
