Introduction

Great source of protein! I always eat this as a post-workout meal. Sometimes I add l-glutamine as well. But this smoothie can be great even without the protein! Great source of protein! Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup - Fat free strawberry yogurt (can also use plain yogurt, or any flavor you like)
    1 Cup - Frozen strawberries (can also use fresh)
    1 Cup - Light Apple Juice

    Optional:
    64 Grams - Whey Protein Powder
    3-4 Ice Cubes

Directions

Measure all the ingredients and put into a blender. Mix together and serve!

Sometimes I add ice cubes into the blender, it creates more of a "slushy" texture when mixed together.

This particular recipe makes enough for one person. But if you're making for two, just double the ingredients.
