Introduction

Basic egg white w/no additional items added to it. Great for a high protein breakfast. Basic egg white w/no additional items added to it. Great for a high protein breakfast.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    5 large eggs
    Salt, pepper - dash each (or to taste)

    1/2-3/4 c fresh veggies (i.e., peppers & onions, broccoli, diced tomatoes)*
    Non-stick spray

    *veggies not included in nutritional count.

Directions

Break and discard* egg yolks in small bowl.
Mix in veggies of choice.
Spray large non-stick pan with cooking spray. Heat on medium-high.
Add egg mixture, cook until done. OPTIONAL: Top with salsa and/or LF cheese.

ENJOY!

*to discard yolks I use an egg separator sold by Pampered Chef

**remember to include whatever veggies you add to your nutritional tracker.

    I just uploaded a pic of the one I made on the weekend, thought it would put it in my coment not at the top...

    it was good for my first one ever. lol

    I added 1 whole egg also and a bit of sliced turkey, other than that it as listed above.

    Good stuff!
