Introduction

A yummy way to use up your turkey scraps leftover from Thanksgiving. A yummy way to use up your turkey scraps leftover from Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

    1 uncut Portobella Mushroom Cap
    1 slice of tomato
    1-3 skinny skinny slices of Monterey Jack Cheese (or other)
    1-2 t. plain yogart

Directions

Take the mushroom cap and wash it to remove any dirt from packaging. Pat the mushroom dry. Set the cap on a cookie sheet (sprayed with cooking spray). Sprinkle your spices on the mushroom, place the turkey meat on, then add your cheese. Lastly, top the cheese with a nice slice of tomato. Cook on 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until slightly crisp. Serve with a side of plain yogart as sauce. YUM... serves 1
