Ingredients

    I jar Trader Joe's Traditional Maranara Sauce
    10 Ikea Swedish Meatballs
    1/2 Package Frozen Vegetables
    3/4 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 Cup chopped onions
    4 oz Mozarella Cheese
    2 Zucchini
    1/2Cup Parmesan Cheese


Directions

Saute Meatballs, onions, mushrooms and frozen veggies in a skillet
Slice zucchini end to end (to resemble Lasagna noodles)
Place 1/4 jar of maranara sauce in bottom of 8x8 baking dish
Layer other ingredients as follows:
1/3 of zucchini, sprinkle 1/3 parmesan cheese, 1/3 of meat and veggie mix, 1/3 mozarella cheese
1/3 of remaining maranara sauce.
Repeat the layers two more times, using all the ingredients and ending with cheese.

Bake in 350degree oven for 30 minutes until lasagna bubbles and cheese has melted on top.
Allow to sit for 5 mins and serve.
