Ingredients

    8 oz uncooked fettuccine
    1/4 C butter
    1 1/2 C heavy whipping cream
    1 lb cooked peeled and deveined shrimp
    3/4 C grated parmesan cheese
    1 garlic clove, minced
    pepper to taste
    parsley to taste

Directions

1. Cook pasta according to directions; drain
2. In large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in cream. Bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 3 minutes stiring constantly
3. Add shrimp, cheese, garlic and pepper. Cook and stir until heated through.
4. Drain pasta; toss with shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with parsley
