Ingredients

    6 Cups of Arugula
    1/5 Cup of Parmesan Cheese Grated
    2 TBSP of Extra Light Olive Oil
    1 TSP of Salt

Directions

First Wash the 6 Cups of Arugula and place in salad bowl. Add in the Parmesan cheese and olive oil, mix the salad. Add salt to taste.
