Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 Extra Large Chicken Bouillon Cubes
    6 Cups Water
    12 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast/Strips
    2 Cans of Goya Cannellini Beans
    1 Can of Sweet Whole Kernel Corn
    Add about 2 cups of Salsa to taste
    Dice 1-2 Whole onions to taste
    Minced Garlic to taste
    Cayenne Pepper
    Chili Powder
    Pepper
    (Optional) Add shredded cheese
    (Optional) Add sour cream

Directions

Boil Chicken, drain and shred.
In large soup pot, boil 6-8 cups of water.
Once boiling add 3 extra large chicken bouillon cubes.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Let it stew for 20-25 minutes.
Its ready! Now you can top it with Cheese or Sour Cream.
