Ingredients

    3 Cups Sweet Potatoes Cubed
    2 Cups Butternut Squash Cubed
    4 Eggs
    1/2 Cup Sweetened Condensed Fat Free Milk
    1t. Cinnamon
    1/2 t. Ground Nutmeg
    1/2 t. Allspice
    1 unbaked 9" pie crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. In a pot with enough water to cover them, boil potatoes, and squash 20 minutes or until completely soft. Drain water. Mash or blend potatoes and squash together. Fold all other ingredients in. Pour into pie crust. Bake about 50 minutes to 1 hour. Pie is done when knife comes out clean.

Enjoy!! So yummy!! Serves 8 easily.
