Ingredients

    3 cup split peas
    4 cups Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
    2 cups Water
    1/2 cup onion
    1 cup diced fat free ham

Directions

Place everything in a crock pot on high for 4 hrs. I then cook on low for a while with lid off to thicken a bit.
