Ingredients

    Kasha (roasted buckwheat kernels), 1 cup
    All White’s Liquid Egg Whites, 0.25 cup
    Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced
    Carrots, raw, 2 medium
    *Dried Onion Flakes, 3 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Coat kasha with egg whites.
Cook in pan until dry
Add veggies that have been sauted in olive oil and 2 cups water.
Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 15 min.
