    1 lbs Chicken Tenderloins (approximately 8 pcs)
    2 tbsp light mayonnaise
    1/2 Cdry seasoned bread crumbs
    1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. In a shallow dish mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Make sure chicken is dry before spreading light Miracle Whip over top side of each piece. Then one at a time, place chicken with Miracle Whip side into the crumbs. Spread Miracle Whip on facing side and coat with bread crumbs. Using a fork, pat down on chicken to help bread crumbs adhere to both sides. Place chicken on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 35 min. Flip chicken pieces halfway through cooking time. Crust should be lightly browned and juices clear when cut in the thickest part of the chicken.
