Introduction

Went to Coco's with my boyfriend today and there was a pumpkin whipped cream on top and I thought, Hey I bet I could make this lower fat and calories! And I did, this is an amazing thanksgiving or christmas treat! I put mine over the Whole Wheat Oat Pumpkin Muffins. You could also freeze these in 12 muffin cups, they would only be around 47 calories! Ingredients

    *Western Family Fat Free Cool Whip, 48 tbsp
    *100% Libby pure pumpkin, 1 cup
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, .5 tsp
    Whatburger, Sweet 'N Low, 3 serving (about 6tsp sugar or splenda)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together with a mixer. Then I put mine back in the cool whip container and put back in the fridge or freezer until I needed it. A serving size is about 1 tablespoons!
