Best prepared at least day before to allow chilling. This is a very TART recipe.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Cranberries, 2 cup, whole (12 oz. package)
    Apples, fresh, 1 medium, cored and coarsely chopped
    Honey, 1/2 cup
    Water, 1/2 cup
    Ginger Root, minced, 1 1/2 Tbsp
    Lemon juice, 1/2 of lemon
    Lemon Zest, 1/2 of lemon

Directions

Add all ingredients to large saucepan and bring to boil over medium high heat. Reduce to medium low and cook for 8-10 minutes until cranberries breakdown and mixture thickens. Stir often to prevent sticking.

Transfer to storage container or serving dish. Cover and chil for at least 3 hours. Keeps for five days in fridge.
