Ingredients

    PILLSBURY PIE CRUST UNBAKED
    1 1/2 15 oz CAN YAMS DRAINED
    6 oz CARNATION FAT FREE EVAPORATED MILK
    4 LARGE EGG WHITES
    1/2 CUP SPLENDA BROWN SUGAR BLEND
    1 tsp ground cinnimon
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 425*
PLACE PIE CRUST IN AN UNGREASED LARGE DEEP PIE PAN.
DRAIN AND COURSE MASH CANNED YAMS (OR SWEET POTATOES)
PUT POTATOES IN A SMALL DEEP MIXING BOWL AND ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS MIX WELL WITH MIXER .
POUR INTO THE PIE SHELL.
BAKE 15 MINUTES AT 425* REDUCE HEAT AND BAKE AND ADDITIONAL 40 TO 50 MINUTES UNTIL FORK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
