Original recipe on line at BHG Autumn Apple Pie used 7.5 fresh apples and 2 tbsp flour. They made their dish into a pie - I used Pillsbury Pie Crusts and made tarts/tassies for individual servings. Ingredients

    1 tbsp corn starch
    3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    Dash ground nutmeg
    Comstock Apple Pie Filling
    1/4 cup dried cranberries or cherries, or snipped dried apricots or figs, or raisins (optional)
    2 tbsp splenda blend
    toasted pecans

Directions

Oven 350. Cut pie dough to fit muffin tins. Once cut place in an ungreased muffin tin. Mix all ingredients together. spoon into pie shells until filled. Bake until crust is golden brown.
