Ingredients



    * Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 3 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw)
    * *Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil, 3 tbsp
    * Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    * *Kraft Jet Puffed Miniature Marshmallow, 1 1/3cups

Directions

Bake sweet potatoes in microwave for 15 minutes, or until soft. Peel and chunk into baking dish. Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon over top. Dot butter, and top with miniature marshmallows. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, or until marshmallows are browned and bubbly.
