    2 c. Cottage Cheese, Breakstone 2% lowfat
    1 c cool whip
    1 pkg gelatin dry(orange, lemon or lime)
    1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 8 oz can mandarin oranges, drained

    Mix cottage cheese, dry gelatin, and cool whip. Fold in mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple.
