Gluten free peanut butter cookies that everyone will enjoy. You can use all natural peanut butter or all regular peanut butter but the mix of the two has the best flavor and texture. Ingredients

    1/2 cup peanut butter (regular)
    1/2 cup peanut butter (natural)
    1/2 cup white granulated sugar
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1 large egg
    1 tsp baking powder

    * make sure the baking powder you are using is gluten free if making this for someone who cannot have gluten.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Spoon dough into 24 balls, place 12 balls to a cookie sheet, press balls down with a fork in a crisscross pattern.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 Degrees.

Let them cool slightly, then place cookies on wax paper to finish cooling. Enjoy.
