Introduction

Ingredients

5 cups cooked organic pasta
2 cups fresh Broccoli
4 Slices Turkey Bacon, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
4 ounces Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 ounce 3 Cheese Blend (Whole Foods, already grated)
1 Cup Milk (we use 2%)
1-2 tablespoons flour
Ground Mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste
Canola Oil Spray
Directions
Boil water for macaroni. While macaroni is cooking, cut fresh Broccoli.
Start water boiling in another pan. After water comes to a boil, steam broccoli for 5 minutes. Remove from burner.
Spray saute pan with Canola oil. Cook bacon and onion together. Add steamed broccoli.
Drain macaroni and rinse with hot water. Put macaroni back into pan and add the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. Stir till macaroni is coated. Add the flour and stir again, coating macaroni. Slowly add milk and let cook. Add the broccoli/bacon mixture and stir.
Add ground mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cheddar and 3 cheese blend to mixture. Stir.
Makes 6 - 8 servings
